Rick Ross Shows Off Dramatic Weight Loss
The Biggest Bawse is slimming down. Rick Ross has shared some new photos of his dramatic weight loss. But here is what is important...The 38-year-old "Every Day I'm Hustlin'" rapper talked to Good Morning America about his recent incredible 85-pound weight loss, revealing the secrets to his stunning success.
"I wanted to cut back on some of the drinking I was doing and sleep a little more, you know, watch what I ate," he says.
Clearly, Rick had to undergo a lifestyle change to get healthier, which included dropping soda from his diet and late-night eating at the recording studio.
“The most I used to do for exercise was stand up to count the money,” he said. “But now they give me fruit to eat. I forgot what fruit tasted like. I eat pears now and shit like that.”
MAJOR REASON RICK ROSS HAD TO DROP THAT WEIGHT
Ross decided to take control of his health after suffering two seizures in one day back in 2011. The seizures, which occurred on two separate flights, left him unconscious, and CPR was necessary to revive him.Ross doesn't have a specific weight loss goal, but is proud of his progress.
“It was just time for me to tighten up a little bit,” he said. “I have no destination, no specific weight [goal].”

On how he started his diet: “Sodas was the first thing I cut out. Most definitely. That was, majority of my sugar. The way I ate, you know, fast-food.”
On if his music is affected by his weight loss:
“My music — that comes from the heart. That comes from my mindset. You
know, after I sit down and absorb this great interview, that’s something
that could come to me that I could put into a record.”
On if women miss him partying more and being bigger:
Of course I had a few chicks [that said], ‘Aw, Rozay, we love [you]!’ I
say, ‘You already know I still got it. Ain’t nothing went nowhere. I’m
just better with it.’
